DISCLAIMER: These contest rules are for a fake business, for a fake sweepstakes. This is being used for a digital marketing course. 

The information that is collected on our sweepstakes is for contest propose only.   We have made this policy to be the most transparent as possible.

Sweepstakes

Full of Scrap is holding a sweepstakes, on their Facebook page. for a chance at being selected, share a picture of your favorite Scrapbook cover in the comments of the post introducing the sweepstakes.  Facebook is not in any way involved or responsible for the sweepstakes. There is no purchase necessary, and purchase will not affect participants chances of winning. A winner will be chosen randomly from the lists of entries. One entry per person. Winner will be notified on Facebook by being tagged on our wall stating the winner. Only one entry will win.

Compliance Guidelines

No purchase or fee required. Purchase does not improve your odds of winning. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Must be 13 years old to enter and to win. Not available in New York, Rhode Island or Florida. Need not be present to win.

Method of entry

All entries (Photo of your favorite Scrapbook Cover) are to be submitted to Full of Scrap’s Facebook post, that introduces and contains our sweepstakes, or send your entry (Photo of your Favorite Scrapbook Cover) to Full of Scrap, 123 Keystone Pkwy, Eau Claire Wisconsin, 54701, With the caption “Gift Card Sweepstakes” on your entry along with your name and telephone number. Entries will not be returned without a self-addressed and stamped envelope enclosed with your entry.

General eligibility

Full of Scrap reserves the right to delete posts and images of inappropriate nature. Full of Scrap reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entry that violates the rules of Facebook or Full of Scrap’s Disclaimer policy. Must be 13 or older to enter. Must be in the United States, not eligible in New York, Rhode Island, or Florida.

Restriction of entry

One entry per person.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All entries will be in the drawing for the one gift card prize. Only one prize will be given. A return message or reply to Full of Scrap on the winner announcement required to claim prize. Winner must arrange for the delivery of gift.

Limitations

Entries will not be accepted from our employees or their family members, and will be excluded before the random pick of winner is completed.  

Beginning and End dates

Full of Scrap’s Sweepstakes will begin on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 10:00 am CST. It will run through Friday, April 6, 2018 at 4:00 pm CST. No late entries will be accepted. A winner will be chosen and posted to Full of Scrap’s Facebook page by 4:30 pm CST April 6, 2018. Odds of winning the sweepstakes are 1: total entries.

Prizes

Prize includes a $25 Gift Card for Full of Scrap, to be used in the Full of Scrap store. One winner will be chosen randomly using a random picking program. Winner will be notified by Facebook post stating the winner.
